This series is set in the Netherlands (Randstad) and Belgium (West Flanders), where a flood is taking place. You are taken into five storylines. They follow, among others, Prime Minister Hans Kreuger (Gijs Scholten van Aschat), who has to keep the peace in the country, but at the same time wants to bring his own family safe.
